The Triple Chocolate Brownie Genius

Author:   Deborah Sherman       Copyright Date:    2007
Series: ✗
Triple Chocolate Chunk Bourbon Brownie Pie
Triple Chocolate Brownie Genius is a fun and energetic story.  Deborah Sherman populates her story with realistic characters expanded from typical archetypes. This makes a great addition to a K-8 school library for student personal reading.  A suitable choice for grades 4-6 with great appeal for boys and students looking for humourous tales.

A possible read aloud teaser would be from chapter two – the family at breakfast.  This passage could be used to teach about making connections, writing ideas, voice, description, show not tell writing.
